2)  You must be 21 or older to sign-up for the VIP-id.

3)  The cost of the card is $29 for a full year's worth of promotions with all participating bars on this site.

4)  After you complete this form, you will be directed to PayPal for payment.  You don't need to have a pre-existing account in order to pay.  You can simply add your information and an account will be created on the fly.
